How to Get to ‘Iolani Fair
BY BUS:
From Waikiki: Take the #2 or #13 bus going away from Diamond Head (heading Ewa) until the Hard Rock Café at Kapiolani Blvd and Kalakaua Blvd. Walk to the bus stop on Kapiolani Blvd. and catch the #3 bus. Get off at Kapiolani and Kamoku Street, or on Date Street and Laau Street. Entrances to the school are on Kamoku Street or on Date Street.From Leeward: Catch any Honolulu bound bus. Get off at King and Punchbowl by the King Kamehameha Statue. Catch the #3 bus and get off at Kapiolani Blvd. and Kamoku Street or on Date Street and Laau Street. Entrance to the school is on Kamoku Street or on Date Street.
From Kahala Mall: Walk across the street on Waialae Avenue. Catch the #1 Bus. Get off at the corner of Waialae Avenue and Koko Head Avenue in front of the Salvation Army. Cross Waialae Avenue and walk to the bus shelter on Koko Head Avenue in front of Liliuokalani Elementary School. Catch the #3 Bus and get off on Date Street and Laau Street. Entrance to the school is across the street on Date Street.
BY FREEWAY:
From Ewa/Leeward: Take H-1 Diamond Head bound. Take the Bingham Street cutoff. Go three blocks on Bingham Street. Turn right on Isenberg. Go makai on Isenberg past Beretania Street and King Street. Turn left on Date Street. Follow Date Street past the Date/Laau/Kamoku/Kapiolani Blvd. intersection. Parking is at Kaimuki High School. There will be signs on Date Street giving directions to parking at Kaimuki High School.From East Oahu: Take H-1 Ewa Bound. Take the King Street cutoff. Turn left on University Avenue. Head makai on University Avenue and turn left on Date Street. Follow Date Street past the Date/Laau/Kamoku/Kapiolani Blvd. intersection. Parking is at Kaimuki High School. There will be signs on Date Street giving directions to parking at Kaimuki High School.
