SUPPORT
It
takes over 3300 adult and 1200 student volunteers to run the Fair.
All we ask is for every parent to work one shift. Sign-up now
for a Fair booth! One shift would be great -
two or three shifts even better! Consider doing a pre-fair shift
in addition to a shift on days of the fair! Get acquainted with
other parents of your child's class.
The
`Iolani Fair, under the Office of Institutional Advancement, is
`Iolanis annual fund-raising event. Its proceeds support
student activities, educational programs, and many more vital
and worthy aspects of school life. It unites the `Iolani community
students, teachers, parents, grandparents,
alumni and friends in the spirited sharing of a mutual purpose.
And its fun! People enjoy the games, food and entertainment
and it serves a valuable function as a wholesome `Iolani activity.
Thank you for sharing your skills, time, and aloha.
More Ways to Help!
Workshops: cookie baking and kim chee making.
Tool Time: come help set up the game booths and food booths.
Heavy work involved. Bring your tools.
Pre-Fair Drivers: drivers need to pick up and deliver
plants, equipment, and supplies. Valid driver's license required.
And we always need the help of certified forklift drivers
and electricians.
If you can assist, please
sign up now!
