YOUR KOKUA NEEDED!
Mango and Lilikoi for the General StoreWe need your help finding mangos and lilikoi to make delicious jams and jellies. If you have mangos, or know someone with a tree, please contact the Fair Office to arrange for delivery of items. Or if you have a large amount we can arrange for pickup (or picking). For lilikoi donations we would greatly appreciate your assistance prepping them. To prep the lilikoi please cut the fruit in half and scoop the fruit into a Ziploc (or similar) bag and freeze. Contact the Fair Office for drop off instructions.
Donate to the Auction
Our Silent Auction would not have been possible without the product and services donated by over 100 companies and individuals last year. We are greatly appreciative of those that donated and are always looking for new contributors! Your company will not only have exposure to over 20,000 Fair attendees during the two Fair Days but also to the thousands that view the Auction online site in the two weeks prior to the Fair. We also encourage individuals or groups of parents that would like to put together a fun themed basket and with our “Lights, Camera, Action!” theme this year, the ideas are endless! Please contact the Fair Office at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 943-2269 for more information.
Got a Green Thumb?
The Plant Booth is looking for all you green thumbs out there! With the Fair months away, there is still time to start growing items at home and donating to the booth. We also are in search for plant arrangements, succulents, and other flowers. We do however ask for your assistance with storing the plants with you until closer to the Fair. For drop off instructions or if you have a large amount to donate, please contact the Fair Office to make arrangements.
The Ohana Quilters are in search of new, 200 thread count flat sheets to help make their amazing quilts! We also invite you to join them on Monday mornings, or stop by to pick up material to make items from home. For more information on how to take part in the group, please contact the Fair Office.
