Volunteer & Manpower Signup


With 2,000 adult and student shifts to be filled we need your help! Your support is essential to making the Fair a success and ensures that we continue to support student travel initiatives. For more information on how to sign up for a shift please see below. We also have booth chair and shadow positions available if you would like to take on a larger role at this year’s Fair. Current Parents, Faculty and Staff

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Due to restrictions on attendance for the 2022 ‘Iolani Fair, ONLY immediate family members (from the same household as current students) and current faculty and staff (and their immediate family members) may sign up to volunteer.

Instructions on how to sign up:

  • Click the link below and enter your email or if you have already created an account you may log in to view your current signups.
  • If you are a new user an email will be sent to you containing a link to select your shifts.
  • To search for specific shift times use the blue sliding bar under "Date/Time Range to Display" using the handles on either side of the blue bar.
  • For a listing of your class' booth assignment please click here. However, you are more than welcome to work at ANY booth at the Fair!

Alumni Food Booths

Details regarding alumni volunteers will be shared in the spring.

Upper School Students

Shift signups for students will be held on the following dates during chapel period in the Lower Gym.

  • Grade 12 - March 2
  • Grade 11 - March 4
  • Grade 10 - March 3
  • Grade 9 - March 10
  • Grade 8 - March 8
  • Grade 7 - March 9

Lower School Students

Shift signups will be online only. An email will be sent to parents in the spring with information on how to sign up their child. Note that lower school students must be in grade 4 or above to work at the Fair.
