MANPOWER SIGNUPS ARE NOW OPEN! With over 2,000 adult and student shifts to be filled we need your help! Your support is essential to making the Fair a success and ensures that we continue to support student travel initiatives. For more information on how to sign up for a shift, please see below.

Current Parents, Faculty, Staff, Friends and Family
To sign up, please click below and enter your email address. A confirmation email will then be sent to you with instructions and a link to select your shift(s). If your email is not recognized please click "Other" and enter your information and follow the instructions to sign up.
Alumni Food Booths
Signups for the Alumni food booths will open in early March.
Upper School Students
Shift signups for students will be held on the following dates during chapel period in the Lower Gym. Beginning after spring break, students may sign up online or at the SAO or Fair Office.
Lower School Students (Gr. 6 only)
Details regarding shift signups will be emailed in the spring.
Changing or Cancelling Your Shift
- ALL Volunteers: You may change or cancel your shift using our online site and the login information you used to sign up.
- Students Only: Beginning the week after Spring Break you may change or cancel your shift using our online site
- 11TH GRADE STUDENTS ONLY: All changes and cancellations for the Malasada and Gourmet Drinks & Dessert booths must be made through your Class Advisers.
