Current Parents, Faculty, Staff, Friends and FamilyTo sign up, please click below and enter your email address. A confirmation email will then be sent to you with instructions and a link to select your shift(s). If your email is not recognized please click “Other” and enter your information and follow the instructions to sign up.
Each grade level is assigned certain booths, however you may work at any booth that interests you. Click here for a description of tasks for each booth at the Fair. We also have many Pre/Post-Fair Workshops. For a full list of workshops, click here.

Alumni Food BoothsSignups for the Alumni food booths will open in early March.
Upper School StudentsShift signups for students will be held on the following dates during chapel period in the Lower Gym. Beginning on March 26th, students may sign up online or at the SAO or Fair Office.
- Grade 12 - March 6
- Grade 11 - March 7
- Grade 10 - March 8
- Grade 8 - March 9
- Grade 9 - March 12
- Grade 7 - March 13
Lower School StudentsShift signups will be held during recess periods on February 27th and 28th. We will have a sign up table near the courtyard on the ewa side of the LS Library.
Changing or Cancelling Your Shift
- ALL Volunteers: If you would like to change or cancel your shift please email, email@example.com. If you are on campus the Fair Office staff is located in the Advancement Office, located on the 1st floor of the Nangaku Building. Office hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.
- Students Only: Beginning the week after Spring Break on March 26th, you may also visit the SAO to change or cancel your shift.
